You’ll receive a detailed visual plan showing how each element works together to create a cohesive, elevated environment. On installation day, we manage everything from furniture placement to final styling so your home is fully realized and move-in ready. It’s a seamless, turnkey experience designed to deliver exceptional results with minimal effort on your part.
Our average furnishing project includes an investment of $35,000 per room for furniture and decor product. Design fees are additional. We source and purchase from many different vendors and can work with you to prioritize your investment.

Our remodel services begin with design planning. This phase can take anywhere from 3-6 months depending on the scope of the project. Installation and project management is next and can take another several months. We will create an estimate timeline and discuss expectations for your unique project. Due to material lead times and custom orders, getting started ASAP is important to avoid delays in the project.
We differentiate ourselves from other firms with our transparent and flat-rate pricing. Our quote is based on the associated scope of work. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation. The Design Fee secures our commitment to your project, ensuring dedicated attention and exclusive resources. For larger projects, the retainer consists of 50% of the design fee.

Absolutely! We can still do the majority of our work together virtually - through video conferencing, phone calls, and/or email. Materials and products can be shipped directly to you in the mail to review and approve.
