Our new construction project in Van Meter, IA is a beautiful and impressive undertaking that showcases transitional design with thoughtful construction. This project involved careful attention to detail, from the oversized windows to the choice of materials used throughout our clients' home. Texturious Designs was hired to assist with all interior and exterior selections, consultation with the architectural team and furniture decor. The use of stone and wood accents gives the home a warm, inviting feel while maintaining a sleek, modern appearance. The expansive windows and vaulted ceiling allow for plenty of natural light to flood the great room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining guests, while the bedrooms and bathrooms offer privacy and comfort. The use of high-end finishes such as hardwood flooring, Cambria quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry add to the luxurious feel of the space.This home was designed with both style and functionality in mind for our busy clients who work from home and play host to their family and friends. Whether our clients are relaxing in the great room or preparing dinner on their Thermador cooktop, their home supports all of their activities.
